I’m from Omaha, Nebraska and married to my beautiful wife Rebecca. Together, we have a puppy named Fiona, and a cat named Atticus.
I’ve been a photographer for nearly 10 years, starting with a basic Canon Rebel kit, where I began to learn and explore the incredible world of taking photos. I’ve always enjoyed the stories you can tell with a great photo.
For gear, I primarily shoot on a Canon EOS RP, with various RF mount lenses. I love shooting with and always have my 70-200mm f/4 L, 14-35mm f/2.8 L and of course the 35mm and 50mm lenses in my Hex Brand sling bag ready to go. All edits are done within Lightroom on a MacBook Pro. For on-the-go edits I leverage my iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPad Pro.
My style leans towards dramatic lighting while trying to not over embellish. Subjects I enjoy shooting are architecture or street, landscape, and sports. Although I’ve done some portraiture shooting, I prefer to work with inanimate objects. I can’t resist a good candid shot though!
